Paramount Designs, Inc. (PDI Construction) is a 60 year old family-owned company with a deep history in construction and design services. The company was founded under the leadership of Charles Campbell, Jr. PDI Construction is now led by Ed Campbell (President/CEO), Charles Campbell, III (Vice President), and Troy Gronsky (Vice President).

Paramount was founded in 1950 to provide engineering and design services to utilities, municipalities and commercial industries. Since that time, PDI Construction has evolved into a full-service dry-utility construction contractor specializing in all types of excavation and underground construction. We have extensive experience working directly with utility companies, telecommunications providers, general contractors, electrical contractors, municipalities, federal entities and departments of transportation. Our specialties include traditional trenching and excavation methods as well as vacuum excavation and directional boring. In addition, we have fiber optic blowing, pulling, testing and splicing capabilities.
